Length of Lease:
Our standard lease term is for 12 months (shorter periods are subject to owner approval).
Qualification to Rent:
To qualify to rent, you will need to complete a Rental Application for Residency. This allows us to
complete a criminal background check, obtain prior rental references, check your credit report, check employment and verify income.
The security deposit is usually:
* One full month's rent
* Applicants with “damaged” credit may require additional funds (subject to owner approval)
Funds to Move In:
To move in you will be required to place a security deposit and pay the first month's rent.
Rent is due monthly on the day of each month specified in your lease agreement.
Deposits and the first month's rent are paid by money order or cashier's check. After the first month we accept payment by money order, cashier’s check or personal check (subject to the terms of your lease).
Maintenance and Repairs:
Renters are expected to maintain the property in good and tenable condition throughout their tenancy. Owner/Landlord responsibilities are defined in the lease.

Some of our properties accept pets. If pets are allowed, there is a pet application fee and a non-refundable pet fee. Certain restrictions may apply.
